What makes a useful correction?
- Identify the exact claim or step.
- Link the original documentation, study, or official data that supports your correction.
- For a tool issue, include a small invented example and the expected result.
- For accessibility, describe the device or assistive technology and the blocked action.
Please do not submit passwords, API keys, private datasets, medical records, payment details, or confidential workplace information. Reports are not published as comments.
